How do I check whether my phone supports eSIM?
Look for Add eSIM in cellular settings and check your exact model’s specifications with the manufacturer. Support varies by device variant and country of manufacture. Your phone must be carrier-unlocked. The menu option alone does not guarantee compatibility.
How do I choose the allowance and validity?
Compare your travel dates with the plan’s validity. Maps and messages generally use less data than video and tethering. Fixed packages provide one allowance for the whole period; daily plans provide an allowance each day. Set the number of days for a daily plan and check the total before paying.
When does eSIM validity start?
Each plan specifies whether validity begins on installation or at the first network connection in a covered country. If installation starts validity, install close to your trip. Downloading the profile requires internet access. Also check the deadline for installing the eSIM after purchase.
How do I pay and find my purchased eSIM?
Pay by card or SBP using T-Bank’s payment form. Account funds and bonuses are not used. After payment confirmation, open My eSIMs for your order status, QR code and manual installation details. If delivery is delayed, check the same order instead of buying again.
How do I install the eSIM and enable data?
Connect to Wi-Fi. Open your purchased plan in My eSIMs and install using the QR code, manual details or the install button on a supported iPhone. In a covered country, select this eSIM for mobile data and enable its data roaming. Disable data roaming and automatic data switching on your primary SIM.
Can I keep my number and make calls?
These packages provide mobile data; a regular phone number and voice calls are not included. Use messaging apps for calls. You can keep your primary SIM for your number if your phone supports both lines at once. Calls and SMS on your primary SIM are subject to your carrier’s rates.
What if payment or delivery is delayed?
Open the order in My eSIMs and select Check status. Do not pay again if already charged. A confirmed supplier rejection triggers a refund to the original payment method; arrival time depends on your bank. Contact support with your order number for other issues. Keep your QR code and activation details private.
